This policy covers the AI Trading Bot: Forex & Gold Android app (com.aitradingbot) and this website. They're run by Section Nine. Contact us at support@aitradingbotapp.com.

What we collect

You don't need an account. The app collects:

An install ID. A random ID created on your phone. It isn't linked to your name, phone number or advertising ID.
Your app settings. The markets you chose and your notification choices, so we send the alerts you asked for.
A push identifier, a Firebase Installation ID, if the app can register for notifications. We use it to send alerts.
App activity, if usage analytics is on: screens viewed, signals opened, and notifications received and opened, with times. You can turn this off in Profile > Privacy controls.
Crash and error reports: the app version, Android version, device model, error details and stack trace. We remove email addresses, web addresses and long identifiers before they leave the phone. These reports are sent even if analytics is off.
Server logs: our hosts process IP addresses and request data to run and protect the service.

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, files, name or email address, unless you email us. This website has no analytics and sets no cookies.

Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding)

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under the safeguards they publish. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising. The app has no adverts.

How long we keep it

Install data, settings, app activity and error reports stay until you delete them with Delete my data. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them to run and protect the service. Emails you send us are kept as long as we need them to deal with your request.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Delete my data in the app removes your install's data from our servers straight away. For anything else, email support@aitradingbotapp.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This app is for adults (18+).
