AI Trading Bot

Delete your data

AI Trading Bot: Forex & Gold has no accounts. Your data is tied to a random install ID on your phone. Section Nine runs the app.

In the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Privacy controls.
  3. Tap Delete my data.

This removes your install's data from our servers straight away.

If you've already uninstalled the app

Uninstalling stops any more data being collected. Your install ID isn't linked to your name or email, so we can't find your data from an email address alone. Email support@aitradingbotapp.com if you need help or have a question about your data.

What's deleted

Your install record, settings, push identifier, and the app activity and error reports stored against your install.

What's kept

Server logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service. Published signals aren't personal data and stay in the public record.
